Anne Curtis-Smith is an Australian-Filipino model, actor, host of a television show as well as entrepreneur and recording artist.She has received numerous accolades over the course of her career, including two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina native to Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian lawyer. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales, a Filipina from Bolinao in the year 1982. Jasmine her younger sister also performs as an actress. Their father's side had a half-sister named Clare who passed away in 2007 from an illness of the heart at just four months old.
