Chando is a current living in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College before becoming an actor. Chando played Maddie Coleman, the lead role in the TV series As the World turns from 2005 through 2007, and then returned to the role for a short duration of time that began in late 2009. Alexandra made her acting debut in 2002 through the TV show House Blend playing the character of Jenna Harper. As the World Turns on CBS was her debut TV part after three years. Then in 2009, Chando was cast in the American documentary TV show True life and further appeared in the television series Sherri. The actress starred in two episodes of the American drama-comedy TV show Glory Daze. Other TV credits include Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
